With foreign direct investment, in order to increase the capital, foreign investors need to register with the registry division of the court. The process of the registration will not exeed three days.
Required documents are public by the Registry of Supreme Court Internet Register Office, including:
1/ 02 copies of the notification form:
Attached Form 1 of the Enforcement Rules of the Foreign Investment Promotion Act: Notification of foreign investment by acquisition of stocks or contribution and application for its permission.
2/ Foreign investor’s certificate of nationality:
– Foreign individuals: passport;
– Foreign corporation or organization: business license, certificate of incorporation, or proof that the said corporation or organization is based in the said country.
In case of non-cash investments, the foreign investor needs to submit an application, following:
1/ Documents certifying object of investment, for example: documents certifying the monetary value of industrial property rights;
2/ Power of attorney and the agent’s identification (ID card) if an agent files an application.
In case of online registration, the foreign investor can access the website of Supreme Court to submit the application, as follows:
